Role Summary
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of clients, building happy, strong and honest client relationships.
You will also contribute to the running of the team and support new business pitches.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring profitable delivery of account projects
- Creating and maintaining strong client relationships and growing revenues by client.
- Supporting the Client Director/Account Director in the maintenance of Account Plans and writing briefs.
- Supporting Client Director/Account Director in hitting projected revenue targets per client
- Ensuring the right resources are allocated on account projects Leadership and clear direction of junior team members
- Supporting and maintaining the Account Plan and ensuring quarterly board reviews are carried out
- Accurate weekly reporting of projected revenues.
- Manage profitability against targets
You should show evidence of:
- Significant relevant digital industry experience
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong Client facing skills and able to maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent writing, presentation and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
