Client Director

Role Summary

We are looking for an excellent Client Director to join us as a senior member of our Client Services team.

 

Responsible for a group of clients, you would undertake a highly client facing and commercial role encompassing client and account management, business development, management of strategic solutions and revenue generation.

You’ll be amongst the leaders in our business, contributing to the management of the Client Services team, plus leading new pitches and new business development activity.

You will have a digital agency background preferably full service, with a proven track record of working on blue chip clients and brands. You will be commercially orientated. Your experience allows you to be marcomms and technology focused with an appreciation of creative and brand work and how to mix this with the right technology selections to achieve client objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Being a strategic partner to your clients in their digital activity
• Building  and maintaining strong relationships with clients at a variety of levels and disciplines.
• Ensuring profitable delivery of work through effective cross-business/department relationships and processes
• Creating new business opportunities within an existing client base
• Responsible for client account plans as well as digital point of view and development opportunities.
• Leading new business development, RFI and RFP production and pitches
• Working with Programme Directors to lead project teams and provide strategic direction.
• Line management of some members of Client Services team as well as contributing to CS, Company and external initiatives.
