Role Summary
Reporting to the country ECDs, you will oversee, inspire and lead creatives on a leading Financial Services brand.
This job suits someone that’s of a creative discipline, be that digital, direct or above the line advertising, but who still has a fire in the belly for new experiences, mould-breaking work and getting the best from creative people. LBi is on an ambitious entrepreneurial journey so a can-do attitude is a must. This job is not suited to someone who wants to sit in the trenches of a creative department, simply doing the work – you need to be leading from the front, as this role consists of plenty of pitching, presenting, dealing with clients from the great to the difficult; working as a team with Client Services, Business Consulting and Planning to bring in and help shape the best briefs for the team.
You will be charismatic, and able to capture the attention (and the hearts) of our clients across all aspects of their business, in a role that covers mobile, site and application builds; advertising and branding opportunities. You will be used to nurturing a group of creative people, and helping them to focus their energies in the right direction.
You are also building our brand, working with the leadership team in your country, to make the agency famous for it’s provocative stance in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be amazing in front of clients – it goes without saying that your client skills are second to none. You’ll have daily contact with clients and you feel at home running workshops and presenting your ideas to senior stakeholders
- You know what’s next – being ahead of the curve is simply what you do for a living
- You have done this before – you feel at home in a creative agency environment and can lead your team in the right direction and deal with difficult decisions with limited ECD oversight
- You thrive in multi-disciplinary teams – your knowledge is deep and broad, and you are used to working with most other disciplines in project teams. At LBi, our solutions are created through highly collaborative teams including designers, researchers, project managers, business analysts, experience architects and interface developers

About you
We’re looking for an award-winning senior creative leader – with at least 10 years of experience or the superstar credentials to convince us you’ve done it all in less than a decade. You needn’t have spent your whole career in digital, although digital experience is an obvious plus. What you will have though is an insatiable appetite for new technologies, less for how they work than for how they transform human relationships and expand the potential for story telling, behavioural change and business growth. As well as an interest in the businesses we seek to help, we hope you’re a rounded individual with rich experiences to draw from; your fellow creative leaders at LBi include, film makers, product designers, poets, chefs, taxidermists, musicians and a doctor.
