Role Summary
This is a great role for an experienced and highly organised Recruiter/Resourcer to join our in-house team.
Supporting a team of two Senior Recruiters you will have proven experience either from a recruitment agency or maybe you are already experienced within an in-house recruitment role?
You will have a background in recruiting within the technology or digital media space and a passion for finding top talent. You will be a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic recruiter confident in your ability to co-ordinate a number of recruitment campaigns across varied salary levels. With strong administrative, data management, client relationship building and stakeholder management skills, you will be able to attract and liaise effectively with candidates to help achieve our UK recruitment goals.
Proven experience using a range of candidate attraction and selection tools is essential, we love creative ideas and will encourage you to think outside the box.
