Resource Manager

Role Summary

Lbi is currently seeking a bright, pro-active Resource Manager to ensure that projects are resourced effectively and efficiently with the most appropriate individuals.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Programme Managers to ensure that projects are resourced properly to reflect both the skills of the individual and the needs of the project.
  • Managing holiday and training bookings in the Resourcing system.
  • Identifying need for contractors and liaising with agencies to bring contractors on board.
  • Organising the engagement for the contactor and following the new starter process including preparing contracts and carrying out contractor induction.
  • Maintaining contractor spreadsheet
  • Ensuring all personnel  complete their timesheets and monitoring time codes usage and rectifying where necessary
  • Training Project Managers on Resourcing procedures and tools.
  • Data analysis and reporting to Senior Management as required

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Resourcing role within an agency environment or a professional services organisation. You should be educated to a high standard – graduate preferable.

You must be a highly motivated team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels.
