Role Summary
LBi is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team.
1. Summary
Responsible for the day to day management of Turkish clients (currently Garanti & Turkcell) building happy, strong, honest and profitable client relationships at board level (or one below). Holds commercial responsibility for a set of Turkish clients, is aware of and chases development opportunities and begins to lead new business pitches where appropriate.
2. Responsibilities
• Ensuring profitable delivery of account projects
• Creating and maintaining strong client relationships and growing revenues by client
• Supporting CD/AD in the maintenance of Account Plans
• Maintaining internal motivation on account projects
• Day to day management of healthy client relationships
• Gathering and interrogating clients’ business requirements and writing briefs
• Ensuring the right resources are allocated on account projects
• Leadership and clear direction of AE or grad
• Supporting and maintaining the Account Plan and ensuring quarterly board reviews are carried out
• Accurate weekly reporting of projected revenues. Manage profitability against targets
• Ensuring time logged on job code accurately reflects the work carried out
• Hitting projected revenue targets per client
• Actively growing accounts
• Involved in client engagement and commercial negotiation
• Timely reporting of Account/Project problems and issues to CD/AD
• Maximise project communication and collaboration
Company responsibilities
• Communicates ideas and industry trends on particular subject matter to colleagues through informal communication and formal presentations and training sessions
• Sets up and runs team building activities and events
• Supports business operational processes (e.g. supports running end of account reviews to implement learning from past projects to future accounts)

• Makes use of appropriate research materials (Internet, publications etc) to ensure skills and knowledge remain current
• Maintains an up to date resume detailing client project experience
• Maximises billable hours through ensuring availability for client work. Makes best use of non-billable hours by working on internal initiatives, business development and self development
• Mentors junior colleagues on a formal basis offering opinions and input in a supportive manner

3. Qualifications and Experience
• Fluent written and spoken Turkish
• Turkish financial services and technology client experience
• Knowledge of the Turkish digital market
• Educated to degree level or equivalent

4. Skill Requirements
Planning: Solid insight and planning capabilities, Ability to write good creative briefs.
Communications: Ability to communicate clearly with client and team on both positive and negative matters, Is able to handle conflict and difficult conversations.
Financials: Ability to produce reports for team and client including financials such as invoicing and revenues.
Leadership: Exhibits professional demeanour and engages with the account management team
Technology: Exhibits awareness and knowledge of the digital channels of today and tomorrow, Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
